Website design for Singapore SMEs that turns searches into enquiries

Most small business websites in Singapore look fine on a laptop and fail on a phone, which is where your customers actually are. We build sites that load fast, say clearly what you do and where, and make it effortless to contact you.

What a small business website actually needs to do

A local business website has three jobs. It needs to help Google understand exactly what you do and which parts of Singapore you serve, so your Google Business Profile and your pages reinforce each other. It needs to convince a stranger, in a few seconds on a phone, that you are real, good and nearby. And it needs to make getting in touch take one tap. Design matters, but only in service of those three jobs.

What every site we build includes

  • Mobile-first and fastBuilt for a phone on a 4G connection first, with lightweight pages and images, so people don’t give up before it loads. We check Google’s Core Web Vitals before launch.
  • One-tap contactWhatsApp, call and booking buttons that stay within thumb reach on mobile, plus a short enquiry form that lands in your inbox.
  • Pages for each service and areaA clear page for each main service, and location content written for the estates and districts you genuinely serve, not a list of town names pasted into a footer.
  • Proof, front and centreYour real photos, past work and reviews, presented honestly. Nothing invented, because Singapore customers check.
  • Technical SEO built inClean page titles and descriptions, structured data (schema) that tells Google your business details, a sitemap, and fast hosting.
  • PDPA-ready formsConsent wording on every form, collecting only what you need, as Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act expects. If you send marketing messages, we’ll remind you about the Do Not Call registry.

Signs your current site is costing you enquiries

  • On your phone, you have to pinch and zoom, or the contact button isn’t visible without scrolling.
  • The homepage doesn’t say what you do and where in the first screen.
  • It takes more than a few seconds to load on mobile data.
  • Your opening hours, prices or address differ from your Google profile.
  • Enquiry form messages go to an inbox nobody checks, or the form quietly fails.
  • You can’t update anything without paying someone, so the site is out of date.

Work you can check

Every site in our portfolio is live, so you can open it and judge for yourself, including property launch sites with built-in lead capture and CRM, an e-commerce catalogue built to be indexed, and a content site structured so each article can rank on its own. See them on the portfolio section of our homepage.

How a project runs

  1. Free health check of your current site, Google profile and competitors, as a written report.
  2. Fixed scope, quoted in SGD upfront, covering pages, copy, photos and integrations. No open-ended hourly billing.
  3. Build, review and launch, with your enquiries routed to your inbox and WhatsApp from day one.
  4. Optional ongoing care: updates, new pages and local SEO to keep climbing.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do I need a website if I already have a Google profile and Instagram?

You can win customers without one, but a website gives Google more to understand about your business, ranks for searches your profile can’t, and gives people somewhere to enquire on your terms. Most local businesses do best with all three working together.

How long does it take to build a small business website?

It depends on the number of pages and how quickly content and photos are ready. A focused site for a single-location business is usually measured in weeks, not months. We give you a timeline with the quote.

What does a website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the copy and photos needed, and integrations such as booking or a CRM. Every project is a fixed scope quoted in SGD upfront after the free health check, so there are no open-ended hourly bills.

Will my website be PDPA-compliant?

We build forms with consent wording and collect only what is needed, which covers the website side. PDPA compliance also depends on how your business stores and uses the data afterwards, so check the PDPC’s guidance for your own processes.
